What is the JOB MODULE?
Well, in simple terms: “The JOB MODULE allows you to keep track of the
time you spend on different projects in real time.” Let say you want to keep track of how long
your employees are working on each one of the projects so you can make better
decisions on what you should be charging for their work... Well, you can equip them with JOB cards. This way they can swipe in and out of the ‘jobs’.

How does it work?
Depending on the industry you are in, each ‘job’ or ‘type of
job’ is assigned a card. In some
industries each ‘client’ may be assigned a card. The card is then registered in the Time and Attendance system under the JOB MODULE.
What if the ‘job’ is on an ongoing basis?
The card assigned to each job can be used over and over
again. Our system will produce a report
based on your requirements. This means
daily, weekly, monthly or even yearly.
This way you can track how much time you are spending and how much money
you are charging for doing the ‘job’.
